I just joined the forum tonight but have been lurking for some time. My name is Terry and I live in Arlington Texas USA. I have been smoking meat a few years started on a stick burner then purchased an Masterbuilt 40 electric smoker. I have now just bought a Green Mountain Grill Daniel Boone and it is a great smoker. I have found all the information here to be very helpful and hope to get to know others here.
