hello one and all new here and wanted to introduce myself

I am 59 year old and I have been barbecuing since I was a kid ,

 I am here to LEARN about smoking sausage

I grew up in central Mississippi and have been living in Colorado for the past 15 years

 as soon as I found this forum I saw a post about Wilsons smokehouse in Crystal Springs Mississippi

and knew I was in the right place because that's the kind of sausage I want to make . so any and all help is welcome
