Hello All,
My name is jeff and I am new to this site. I stumbled upon it doing searches on building smokers and I think all I need to know will be found here!! Thanks to whomever put this together. I would like to get some feedback on electric vs bricks and wood? Which way do you think would be better for a fulltime beginner like myself? I have yet to smoke anything and i am going to take a look at the 5 day seminar and then move on from there...thanks for any and all feedback...
