Hello to all from my home here in Tennessee! However, I am currently working in Baltimore, Maryland. I am an everything outdoorsman. I have been smoking for several years with an electric smoker...(It was an upgrade from the electric dehydrator for venison jerky. I have used that electric smoker for several types of meats on many occassions and that was where I became hooked. I recently purchased a propane smoker (so, we could take camping with us). I am anxious to get home and get it seasoned. We are planning on it very soon with some pork ribs and loin roast and of course, some beef jerky. I found this site by cruising for some marinading, dry rub, and sauce recipes to further enhance my family's taste buds. I tend to stay busy, but I will try and post some photos soon...Glad to be aboard!
