New to the site and wanted to say thanks to all the members for all the information. Pretty neat to see all the people willing to share pics and tips on a hobby that we all share. I've always enjoyed cooking on a weber kettle grill but recently purchased a GMG Daniel Boone. So far it's a lot of fun and no complaints. I have a brisket prepped for tomorrow, this will be my first long/challenging cook on my pellet grill. Wish me luck!
