Hello from southern BC, Canada

  1. Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum but have been smoke cooking on and off for the past 10+ years. I have smoked a lot of fish and jerky in my old fridge smoker with fairly good results. I found this forum just recently and there seems to to be a lot of good info on cold and hot smoking which I can use to make my smoke cooking more enjoyable.
