I'm Mike. I've been a pretty common griller and have a combo electric/charcoal grill. I'm going to try using the charcoal side smoke some meat. I'm brand new to smoking and have read some on it. I'm going to be smoking some ribs for my fist meat tomorrow. My charcoal set up should allow for easy smoking with how it's set up with a large door in the front for adding coals and wood if needed to keep the temp up. Here's to some good meat!!!
