Hello everyone new to the site and new to smoking. Im from the clarks summit area of pa and my wife just surprised me with a char-griller komodo kooker...I had my first go at it this past weekend with some ribs....I felt good about the outcome but had some minor issues nothing crazy just temp issues..spoke with a good buddy bout my first time and he pointed me to this site...so here I am looking to learn and enjoy my first summer with my new toy

Hello Slacker and welcome to the site, Ribs can be a little tricky, Also check the gauge on your new smoker to make sure it is correct..

Be sure and post some pictures of your next smoke, and ask any questions you may have.
