Hello from NC

  1. Just a beginner here, first time using my MES 30 was today. Just a simple ground venison roll with cheese, onions, and BBQ sauce wrapped with bacon. Not the masterpiece that I see you all making, but it was to my surprise very appealing to look at, and very tasty. Looking forward to trying many different things. Michael
