Hello everyone. I am in Mississippi. There's lots of BBQ around here. Although I do a lot of grillin at home, I do not know much about smoking meat and I want to learn more so I can work with different meats and flavors. Right now, I only have a small Brinkmann bullet style smoker that I have only used a few times to smoke chicken. I never could get any smoke flavor into the meat and quit using it. I am ready to try it again.
