Hello from Minnesota

Hey everyone I had joined here a while back but have never got around to posting like the topic says I'm from MN land of 10,000 lakes and Adrian Peterson (the one who put up 508 yards on the packers last year) I'm a avid fisherman a hunting nut and a football fanatic! And of course just love great food in general. That is what brings me here!! I have been smoking meats (and lurking here for info) for a few years now I love smoking ribs and panfish along with the occasional butt or fattie!! I have had a Ecb that has been long retired currently using a chargriller side box and just very recently purchased a mes 40 for sausage making gotta use all them ducks and geese up some how!! Anyways that's my intro and I look forward to being a Active member on the forums and posting up some good Q views

Welcome fellow Minnesotan...I too am an avid hunter, fisherman. I especially like bowhunting and walleye fishing. Nice bunch of marble eyes and green heads you got there. Where did you catch the walleyes?....Welcome to SMF..This a great place to get  your smoking questions answered....

I mostly fish the metro area those were this winter about 45 mins south of the metro in 5 fow lol craziest thing ever I was tipped off about the bite and thought they were nuts when they said a late December bite in 5 feet haha paid off though..just getting into bowhunting my self picked up a used setup the year before last..didn't hunt at all with it last year though because we had one of our craziest years with greenheads in the fields plan to put some hours in the stands this year!! And thank you for the welcome!!
