Hello from Louisiana...atleast for the next month

Good afternoon,

     I smoked in a Brinkmann Veritical Smoker (I don't know the model, I think I paid around $100) for about three years, that was three years ago.  I will be moving in a month to the Philadelphia area and looking to get back into smoking.  I would like to upgrade to an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn or Highland once we get all moved in.  I look forward to learning the finer things of smoking from you all!!
