Hi everyone - new member of the forum here. My name is Jeff, and I live in Las Vegas (originally from Chicago). I currently do most of my BBQ on a couple WSMs (an 18.5" and a 22.5")...however I ordered and am expected to receive my new Lang 60" in the next week or so. The Lang will be my first stick burner, so I am hoping to pick up some tips from some of the experts!
