I just got a Smoke Hollow 44 smoker. I'm new to using a smoker but I am very excited to get started. Today I put a gasket seal around the doors to better seal the doors closed. I did this based on some research. I'm hoping to "season" my smoker tomorrow. And then start smoking some meat. I'm planning on making venison snack stix, rabbit, beef brisket, pork butt, and ribs just to name a few.
