Hey guys.  I'm from Green Bay, WI and rather new to smoking meats.  I've had several successful runs with various types of meat.  I love the flavor the smoke inparts and love havng a new way of cooking some of my favorite foods.  I have an Masterbuilt 30"  Electric Smoker and use several types of wood chips depending on what foods I am smoking.  Since day one, I was hooked.  It's so much fun to try new recipes and tweak existing ones.  Any and all help with moving forward is much appreciated.  Thanks.

Kenton, welcome to SMF!  The MES is probably the most popular smoker on this site and it delivers great Q.  Glad to hear you are hooked.  Just let the smoke reel you in.
