Hello everybody, my name is Jarrod.  I just bought my first smoker (Masterbuit 40" electric) from Sam's club.  I think it's like most people's on here:  stainless front w/ window, half tray & loader, remote, etc..... I reside here in beautiful Colorado, and i'm looking forward to using the heck out of this thing spring - fall!  Being a first time smoker user, I am more than eager to get advise and tips from anybody that is willing!  Just browsing on here, it looks like there is already some modifications I need to do concerning the chip tray & loader!  I look forward to chatting with y'all.  Happy smoking!

First off welcome to SMF there Jarrod. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course.
