I am new to this forum but not some of the other forums in the bbq world. I live in Texas and Colorado and have been bbqing all my life. I am successful only some of the time but enjoy the science behind it. I find the stall to be particularly perplexing. Has anybody tried to measure it on turkey?

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
