From Smoke to Brilliance

  1. Im just a hillbilly/mountain man so I have been told born and raised in Pennsylvania. I have a slow cooking and smoking style I have been perfecting for years. I use a regular charcoal grill by charbroil to smoke meat for 9 hours at a time. I have been a inventor of sorts and always desighning new stuff on a budget. As I come up with new items and ideas I will share, because I am cheap and cant afford alot.
