This is my first attempt at salmon - one before pic and one after. The little piece at the top is missing because of sampling (mmmmm, sampling). I messed it up from the beginning, but the family and a few neighbors really like it! I messed it up because I forgot to add lemon juice to the brine, and had to cut a few of the prep stages short (at least according to the recipe from the smoking meat parent website). I also couldn't get the temp on the smoker as low as I wanted to (which is the opposite problem I had in the winter). Overall, it was awesome!
