First Roast Beef w/ qview

    Marinated it overnight in worchester adn Montreal Steak Seassoning. did not let sit room temp, put in it was 32 degrees it has been in for2hrs up to 106 shut dampers I think it wll make it by the 4hr mark but here it is before it went in fridge, this is a 3lb eye of round thanks for the look. will up date

    what internal temp are you going for ? i like to cook to between 130 and 135, comes out med rare , great for sammies the next day

    MADE IT with time to spare wife likes tit done like the stores this is my first so next will be my way and out at about 140 this one Im going to take out about 152 for her and the kids. well see I guess.

    do I wrap when done and put in fridge for sliceing tomarrow and what do i wrap in saran wrap???

    DONE!!!!! after a hr wrapped in tinfoil had to cut in half will slice tomarrow after work for sandiches if i can go that long[​IMG]

    Looks real good! We like it rare, but yours looks delicious & juicy!
