Finishing sauce for smoked turkey?

    Easter approaches and smoked turkey is on the list. I will be pulling a frozen, previously smoked, turkey out of freezer for lunch. My question is. Does anyone have any ideas for a "finishing sauce" for turkey. I am pulling bird apart and placing in a crock pot for warming and I don't want the bird to be dry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Happy Easter, Smiley
