I've been lurking around this site for a while.I started smoking ribs and briskets in an old jerryrigged webber kettle a while back, and recently got my hands on two 30 gallon drums with the idea of building a UDS with a welder friend of mine. I figured it was time to join up because I'm sure to have a lot of questions along the way. Cooking is my therapy after long work hours and I find that the more I work, the more I cook. I've been working a lot lately. The forums here have the most knowledgable and enthusiastic members of any site on any topic I've ever seen! I look forward to learning a ton from all the experts here. I love the pics. I call it food porn, or better yet, BBQ porn. I can't wait to add my own.
