I have hunted for over 50 years throughout the US, Canada and Africa. I live in Washington State and have been here since 1964, with periods of living outside of the area. I lived in Montreal for a year and miss the Montreal Smoked meat sandwiches. My hunting partner has a huge outdoor smoker and he has smoked things for me (minimal amount recently). I got a Masterbuilt 30 inch smoker with a cold smoker attachment for my birthday. I am looking forward to learning and eating my meats, cheeses and other things. If I can master the Montreal Smoked meat issue, I will be a happy person.
