Hello all, new here and new to smoking. My family has tasked me with the thanksgiving ham this year..... I have a 12 lb precooked spiral sliced ham and an electic smoker. I have read anywhere from 20-40 minutes per lb at 225 and don't know what is right..... Any advice?

Thanks in advance

For a precooked ham, Take it up to an internal temp of no more than 140 degrees or it will dry out.

It shouldn't stay on the smoker long.  Maybe an hour at 225 - 250. Give it a bit of a smoke then wrap it in foil for the remaining of the warming in the kitchen oven. Pre sliced hams are tricky.  They dry easily.

Just my 2 cents
