Cheese Sausage

     Hello everyone,

     I am wondering if any of you guys tried to make cheese sausages before? Tiny cubed mozzarella mixed with ground meats maybe? If you have any cool recipes, please share, I would love to give them a try!

    It's very common to put cheese in sausage.

    Most guys including myself use high temp cheese.

    I get mine at The Sausage Maker.

    Check out my recipe in my signature line "Jalapeno cheddar sticks".

    SJ121, here is a basic BUT great recipe:

    Spicy Garlic Sausage 

    2 pounds pork butt,coarsely ground

    1/2 cup white wine

    3 cloves garlic.pressed

    1 tsp red pepper flakes

    3 tsp salt

    1/4 pound high temp cheddar

    Mix, stuff( 32 mm casing ), and let rest a day in the fridge for a great tasting sausage
