I made a homemade rub that was suggested by a friend. It has coffee, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, Montreal steak seasoning and SPOG. I'm using hickory wood.
The stall is driving me crazy. Has only went up 3 degrees in three hours!!
crank up the temp if you can
At least it's not going down! You'll get through it.
