  7. Your comment about the brisket reminds me of a scene from Jaws . . . where Roy Scheider says, "We're going to need a bigger boat."   That's a nice problem to have.  Good luck with your game brisket.

    Point is almost ready, just a few more degree's!

    Do i foil it for an hour before making Burnt ends? its been a while.

     You can foil and keep warm while the flat continues to cook.

    Then make them when everything else is done.

    But you don't have to foil.
