Anybody else have this problem? I made some ABT's and some drunk chickens tonight. Everytime I make my ABT's I wrap them in bacon, by the time they're done the bacon has shrunk up so much that it squeezes the cheese out of the peppers . Maybe Im wrapping them too tight? I also tried something new with the drunk chickens. I pulled all the skin off and shredded it into little bitty pieces. Then I pulled all of the meat off and shredded it too. Then mixed the skin in with the meat and poured all the juice over it and mixed it real good. It sure did make some good sammiches.
