Another new guy to the forum

Hello everyone my name is Curtis and I live in the Pensacola area.  I have been searching the forum for a few weeks now and there is a lot of good information in here.  A little about my experience with meat and cooking is I've been grilling since I was 16 I am now 33.  I pretty much grill every night I have off.  I have always had smoker until about a year ago.  The smokers I've had were the cheaply made ones from Home Depot and Lowe's.  I am fixing to start on a build for a RF Smoker hopefully in the next week or two.  So we will see how that goes.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
