Isn't it nice to be pleasantly surprised on how great a new toy can work for you? I know many folks use a hand grinder, but the elctric version is very popular for the right reasons. Congrats.

BBQ Engineer, those breakfast sausages look incredible. You can just see the flavor with all the spices in there. I think i might make some for the family around thanksgiving time.

Question though,

What kind of grinder is that?? I have a #22 hand crank grinder now, and after doing 11 lbs of pork for brats last weekend, i am in the market for a power grinder. That one looks nice. Just wondering if you have done any more grinding with it and how it performs. Thanks!!!
