AMZNPS Siracha Cold Smoked Eggs

    Seen this recipe just this weekend and liked it.

    Doing a AMZNPS/Meadow Creek cold smoked eggs.

    I use a steamer for my eggs.

    Getting the pickling brine heated up.

    Dry ready.

    [​IMG]

    Siracha

    [​IMG]

    Getting the AMZNPS ready to light and into the MC.

    [​IMG]

    Eggs cooled and peeled ready for smoke.

    [​IMG]

    Close the top and let em smoke.

    Hey now......Smoked eggs

    Now with the Siracha

    [​IMG]

    Into the pool with y'all. 2 weeks in the fridge should fix y'all

    Looks great man. Now I got something new to add to my spicy pickled eggs recipe...[​IMG]

    How long did you smoke them for and at what temperature???
