Smoked 2 slabs of BB on my MES. Usual procedure rubbed with season salt, garlic/onion powder, Cajun powder, paprika, pepper cumin and brown sugar Smoked without foil the entire smoke about 6 hrs at 225F. Added thin glaze of SBR sauce bout 1.5 hrs prior to pulling them off. Great bark and great smoke flavor. Smoked with cherry. Been really into cherry as of late Enjoy! We sure did!
