who says you cant get a smoke ring on a gasser?

made some country style ribs with a good pepper rub

nice smoke ring and great tasting ribs

a couple quarters and one of the CSR's

sliced with a nice ring

Looks good Rick. I just had me a CSR while I was vac packin the ones I did this weekend. I love those things and I can always find them at a reduced price too..Good job!

Rick,

Am i missing something??? I always thought and even read that you will get a smoke ring as long as something is burning. I have always heard it is the electric smokers that do not produce smoke rings.

Either way that is a nice looking plate of smoked meat you have.
