my name is mike i live in fort worth,texas

ive got a old country smoker from academy sports

i think im a very good rib smoker im on here to learn to

make a awsome brisquit ive only tried it one time and i thought it was ok

but i live in texas i need to be able to master the art of smoking a chunk

of meat like that
