We fill up the freezer when they put pork butts on sale. This the last of them so hope
they go back on sale soon.
10lbs of Summer sausage ( 9lbs of beef and 1lbs of pork)
10lbs of Kielbasa sausage ( 7lbs of pork and 3lbs of beef)
5lbs of Bratwurst sausage( 4lbs of pork and 1lbs of beef))
Still was a little frozen on the inside when I cut it up
Got 12 lbs out of the two butts

Got both sides of the AMNPS going
Using my UDS . Had to use 3 racks to get it all on
The AMNPS is working great with the mailbox mod. I love the great temp. control that
I have with my UDS. I put about a half a charcoal basket full then 5 hot coals to put on top.
Started out 130 and bumping it up 10 degrees every hour. All I have to do is move my
ball valve just a little bit to get it up 10 degrees .
