Got 2 ready for mixing.

Both of these are.
450 g bf (BF=Bread flour)
50g 14% high protein bf
50g starter
9g salt
1.5 T braggs nutritional yeast
60g high temp cheddar (I use for sausage making)
1 frozen jalapeño that will be shredded with a grater
20g jalapeno powder.

Nice . One of the best flavor profiles for sourdough in my opinion .
