I just can’t leave well enough alone. My smoke generator fed into the lower part of the cabinet that houses the burner. When I shifted from normally aspirated to forced induction, adding too much boost upset the flame. So I relocated it higher in the cabinet where the racks are. I should have done this way the first time. It works! I am getting very consistent smoke. I think my pellets could be soaking wet and they would still smoke. Yeah!

I have tinkered this thing to death. If I was building rockets, we would all be buried in debris!

To test it, I did another ham and some salmon. They came out great!

Looks like you got it squared away!! Ham and Salmon look Perfect!
