Mainly posting to show the grill mats. They worked very good! Thanks David, sandyut sandyut for the suggestion. These have nice big holes. I have tried several meatloaf recipes and I like the Mccormick's meatloaf seasoning mix. Mainly follow directions and add some onions. Mix bread with milk. Always turns out great. I started cutting my corn off the cob after nuking. Easier to season. Got one of those kernel removing tools and they work really good.

Great looking meatloaf!

I haven't smoked one in awhile and need to change that.
