Hello bbq peeps. I’m back again. Was a member about 15 years ago ago when I decided to jump into this addiction called smoking meat. Then is was a cheap $30 Brinkman which through this forum learned to make great tasting food after some learned mods. So it’s been a really long time time and I have decided at 60 I’m ready to try it again. Been having fun with my Blackstone griddle which I love. However that smoke is the flavor I love. And I NJ just not a lot of choices for good bbq like when I lived in Fl. Many years ago. I have been buying meat a 1/2 cow at a time and need something to do with accumulating brisket’s and short ribs. So now please forgive me if I ask many questions. I just ordered a new OJ gen2 Bronco.
