Memorial Day Weekend Full Packer Brisket Smoke

I guess on the bright side...I have a TON of chopped brisket for quick lunches this summer.

I need a full on reset on how to smoke a flat because what I am doing is just not working at all. 😔
 
50% win. Separated flats are difficult to say the least, IMO. When I was just stating out i only bought flats because they were smaller and cheaper than the FP. Struggled alot. then did the FP whole, never looking back. BUT on issue was I started on 14" WSM, so a FP wouldnt exactly fit.
