Starting at noon clockwise - Calibrian Summer Sausage, Coppa, cold-smoked spicy Coppa, Shichimi Bresaola, Lonzino, Lemon & Pistachio Salami, cold-smoked Speck in the center.

Starting with the very runny Camembert at 7 on the cheese plate, then Saffron & Peppercorn, Walnut & Grand Marnier Candied Orange Peel Caerphilly, Port-infused Cheddar and Camblue.

Loyd, I zoomed in to have a look at your boards....most awesome! How did that pistachio and lemon age?
It is a little over a year old now, and still delicious. It's my wife's fave, I'll make more when we finish it off.
