Picked up some beef back ribs and decided to throw them on for dinner tonight. Smoking them at 200 for a few hours before turning up and then wrapping towards the end.

Looking good. May want to crank up the heat now. Beef ribs for me always take longer than I want them too.

Final product. These were fantastic! The flavor was on point but I would have liked to have ran them a bit longer for more smoke flavor but all in all these were great!

Those look meaty! I love back ribs when meaty like that. Usually hard to find
Me too! The local store gets them every now and then, I buy every last one i can when they look like that.
Nice cook on the beef ribs, and always nice when approved by the boss ,

What did you top them with, SPG ?

David
Thank you. I used SPG onion and a little cayenne pepper.

Looks great. I want to do beef ribs soon. Did you wrap them and keep them on the smoker or take them off at that point ?
I wrapped them at IT 179 with double layer of foil and put back on smoker, cranked temp to 300. Ran until probe tender and IT was 203. Pulled them and let rest 20 mins.
