Picked up some beef back ribs and decided to throw them on for dinner tonight. Smoking them at 200 for a few hours before turning up and then wrapping towards the end.
Appreciate the feedback I cranked them up to 275Looking good. May want to crank up the heat now. Beef ribs for me always take longer than I want them too.

Me too! The local store gets them every now and then, I buy every last one i can when they look like that.Those look meaty! I love back ribs when meaty like that. Usually hard to find

I wrapped them at IT 179 with double layer of foil and put back on smoker, cranked temp to 300. Ran until probe tender and IT was 203. Pulled them and let rest 20 mins.Looks great. I want to do beef ribs soon. Did you wrap them and keep them on the smoker or take them off at that point ?
