    I hit 160 IT at 225 in one hour. They are at 167 now at one hour ten minutes.should I leave them on to get more smoke or will they dry out? Rookie here I am new to smoking.

    Thanks everyone, appreciate the advice. My parts have arrived from Todd; AMNPS and the Maverick ET-732, now I just have configure them. What would be an easier first smoke to start learning that is relatively cheap and easy to do?
