    Final internal temp question

    Got a question and was hoping for a quick answer...... I have a 10lb pork butt I've been smoking at 225. It went 15 hrs and after that, an int. temp of 165. I then wrapped it and bumped the smoker up to 250. I got it to 180, but had to leave and won't be back for a few hours so I had to take it...
