    The material pile is starting to build up. Still waiting on my hinges and thermometers from Kat's BBQ which were ordered on the 3rd and just shipped today.. can't wait to get this thing done. Stainless steel for the cooker grates, and the 1/8" strip steel i got for the doors is 2" - is that ok...

    The only reason I was going with the 24" was because I mistakenly bought a damper slide setup that's 24" long. I suppose it could be modified. Your dimensions would be 22" wide, correct?

    Also found 1/4" thick 5" pipe as well. So I guess my question is should I stick to the Feldons recommendations based on the firebox size? 5" pipe for a 24" square firebox is calling for 35" height. 6" calling for 25". UPDATE - I got the 5" pipe and cut it at 36". If you guys think this is too...
