I guess it's kinda like a tarp. It was made to fit this rack it zips on the ends. It only covers half way down. But the part that isn't covered is where the white fungus is growing
I don't have a tarp on it. It's a cover that came with the rack and it only covers the top half of the full rack. The bottom is exposed and that's where the fungus and mold is growing. Can I just cut off that piece of the split and treat with vinegar? Will it be safe to smoke meat with?
