    Also check the cheap table-top grills they sell at discount stores. The grates for one we had from tailgating several years back fit well.

    I also use the Tapatalk app on my Android phone. While there are some issues with it (quotes in posts don't show up right and you occasionally need to refresh posts to see the q-view), overall it works well and is easier to read posts than the mobile web-browser.

    I agree. The flavor of the onion, garlic, and cayenne should survive the soak. Do another fry test after the soak. If it is not flavorful enough, you can add more spice before the smoke.
