    Smoked Beef and Lamb Gyros

The good thing is when you run out of flat bread you can make a Gyro-burrito.

    Smoked Beef and Lamb Gyros

Wow! That held up well. I imagined it melting to the bottom and falling apart. That looks amazing BTW.

    Smoked Beef and Lamb Gyros

I had to google Trompo King to see what you were talking about. I use that when I am dealing with solid meat on the vertical rottesary. The loaf would never hold up to that.

    Smoked Beef and Lamb Gyros

After looking at @Steve H gyros the other day I had a hunger for them. I decided to smoke the meat this time. I started out by making some tzatziki sauce. And the veg medley. Then I put my food processor with the chopping blade to use with Lamb and Beef burger. I let it sit in the...

Building a 3D printer with my 3D printer

Here is the inside view. The fans have a tight fit so no hardware is needed. There are pockets for all the wiring and a large space in the middle for all the extra wires to sit.

Building a 3D printer with my 3D printer

Building a 3D printer with my 3D printer

It is the same approach but more complicated. You also have to be 100% accurate since being off by .5mm will throw the whole thing off. I am still working on this printer build. I just finished designing and building enclosure cooling fans with a thermostat switch. This will keep the enclosure...

What Is Something You could Not Live Without In The Kitchen?

I do not think there is anything that I could not live without in the kitchen. Inconvenient yes. The most useful item is the gas fed air fryer oven that was installed when we rebuilt our kitchen last year. Even though it is large it replaced a smaller one that sat on the countertop. It takes...
