I grabbed some spare ribs the other day. Trimmed up a little fat and rubbed em with some rub and topped it with some brown sugar. Looking forward to some fall off the bone ribs for dinner. I’ll be smoking them on the MES130 at 230.

I’ve got a pork shoulder, a whole chicken and centre cut ribs on the new pellet smoker. First time using it. I will post everything later. Good luck and happy smoking everyone

I’m thawing out a USDA Prime ribeye cap from Wild Fork Foods. I’m going to smoke it tomorrow, and am thinking I may roll it up & stuff it. Just haven’t decided what i will stuff it with. It’s easy to stuff pork, but beef is different. Anybody have any ideas?

Chicken legs and thighs on the Weber using the Vortex. Will also finish up smoking the A. Fuente Churchill I fired up on the patio yesterday during cocktail hour. RAY

No smoking today but SWMBO just finished seasoning "her" new griddle. A little late for breakfast so thinking of a deconstructed shish kabob for dinner - grilled shrimp, chicken, peppers, etc.

Hot hamburger sammy and mashed taters on the menu here.

Took this shot right before wrapping them. I put some apple juice, honey, and some brown sugar on them. Back in the heat for a few more hours.

Did a rack of Spare Ribs today. Jeff's original Rub overnight. 5.5 hours at 240 in the MES. Wrapped for the last hour.
Fall off the bone. That's how she like's 'em.

Ribs were amazing! On the smoker for 3 hours, 2 hours wrapped, then back on unwrapped another hour. Had two homemade sauces, baked potato, and peach/blueberry pie for dessert. Girlfriend and I ate till we about popped.
