Diced up some jalapeno, sweet pepper and mushroom and mixed into ground turkey with about TBLS of dried thyme. Put burgers on as well as french fries. I used a smoker box with hickory wood. Tasty! I toast the buns as well. Check them frequently. My rule is: put buns on direct and go back to first bun you put on as soon as you put the last one on- it will be done! WE put Swiss Cheese on the burger.
